Emma upgraded my room. I was so grateful. Emma and Ann provided consistently helpful and cheerful service. I also appreciated the super clean and relaxing atmosphere. The efficient cleaning staff kept every area fresh. It was quite a treat.
Sound insulation seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear doors closing in nearby rooms.

The location proved invaluable for my layover. I could easily reach my departure gate. a comfy bed and a nice bathroom allowed for rest and refreshment. the room offered perfect cleanliness and modernity. a disposable toothbrush and luxurious towels also enhanced my experience!
I noticed some slight noise from the hallway. It impacted sleep a bit.

The hotel is signposted after security, so it was easy to find. My room was quiet. I also appreciated the tea and coffee available in the room.
The room felt basic, perhaps a 2-star compared to other places I have been. Check-in took longer than it should have. The reception needed to take photocopies of our passports.
